Onlie Review Process

Peer review process

All articles submitted to VSQ, will undergo double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers, usually by people with specific expertise in the related field of the paper. In addition, advice on whether the article is of sufficient significance for publication in VSQ will generally be obtained from the Editorial Board members. In cases where there is strong disagreement either among peer reviewers or between the authors and peer reviewers, advice is sought from a member of the journal's Editorial Board. Appeals should be directed to the Editor.

Each manuscript will be assigned a unique manuscript number, with all authors' names and institutions removed for peer review. Authors will be sent comments generated during peer review via our online submission and review portal. A prompt response to these comments is necessary to ensure timely publication.

Authors will be able to check the progress of their manuscript through the submission system at any time by logging into the personalized section of the VSQ website. When revisions to the manuscript are requested by the journal Editorial Board, the authors must make the necessary changes to ensure timely publication. Those changes will be reviewed by the Editorial Board of the journal to determine if the authors have sufficiently addressed the comments of the peer reviewers. Manuscripts deemed to be inadequately revised will be rejected. The Editor-in-Chief has the final say as to publication.
